Trunks Decorated Needed
Saint Luke Church & School is looking for interested local businesses and organizations to participate in our Trunk-or-Treat family event.
Join us and decorate a Trunk! Our Trunk-or Treat is a fun family event that provides a safe environment for all trick or treaters. Children gather candy and goodies from decorated trunks and participate in costume contest. Trunk participants will decorate their vehicle trunk and hand out goodies. There will also be games, hayrides, food, pumpkin decorating, and much more. This event is free to attend!

Please Note:
Vehicle Set-up starts at 1 pm.
Participating vehicles should arrive between 1:00 and 1:15 pm for check-in. Please come to the south side parking area. If more time is needed to decorate your trunk, please contact us at 630.773.0396.
There will be a volunteer directing where to park.
One parking spot will be made available unless additional trunk space needed is requested.
No vehicular traffic will be allowed in the event area after 1:45 pm.
All participating trunks must be decorated and staffed by 2:00 p.m. Trunk-or-treat begins at 2:00 pm.
For safety reasons, cars will not be allowed to move from the event area before 3 pm, or until it is safe to do so, in case of an emergency. If you run out of goodies, please ask a volunteer for candy.
Please remember that the ages of children attending will range from infants to young teens.
Participating vehicles must be prepared to provide store-bought wrapped candy or small toys/trinkets for children. Plan on enough for 200 children.
Please keep fun and inviting. Please no scary trunks or decorations
No homemade food items are allowed!
Trunk or Treat is an alcohol-free event.
